The Dutch Health Store Haul & First Impressions

Hi Lovelies,

Welcome back! And welcome if you are new here πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•

Dutch Health Store Haul

How are all of you, I hope You are all well?
Today I want to share my first impressions haul from The Dutch Health Store, part of my personal order, part PR. You might already seen this photograph on my IG here, and let me tell you - I am so glad there are people like Wilma who go to great lengths to make sure we can enjoy all these wonderful and truly natural brands from overseas! Living Libations is one of the first brands I laid my eyes on at the start of my green beauty journey - and I am kind of mad at myself for only trying them now! I feel like I wasted time and money elsewhere, when I could have those gorgeous and truly natural and organic products from the start. Well, I didn't know they were available from within Europe, that's my excuse and I am sticking to it :) As soon as I learned about Dutch Health Store via Instagram a couple of years back, I immediately placed an order for Living Libations products for over 125€ (even if I wasn't working and had no income back then, as you can imagine, this was kind of a strain for one income family) and I wasn't familiar with their products, not even samples - luckily this gamble paid of beautifully, I loved every single product I ordered. A couple of more orders followed, and Dutch Health Store (which goes by the name wilmadutchhealthstore on IG) quickly became one of my favourite EU online shops. I will link all the related posts at the end of this blog post, so if you are interested in what else they carry and my two cents on it, please feel free to check them all out. I really recommend this store - my own experience as a customer has been only the best - and Wilma and her team really take care of their customers, I can vouch for that! What happened with my first order was someone on their end wrote my address incorrectly, omitting crucial info (the address made no sense without it) and I noticed that in the confirmation email too late, the order has left their facilities by then. Guess what? Wilma personally followed the journey of my package throughout Europe, sending 27 emails with updates. Yes, you read that right, 27 updates - and at that point she had no idea I am a blogger, she was helping Renata as a private person - how amazing is that?? Now you can see why I am recommending her shop? Plus, you might get a fabulous treat with your order, you never know :)
(when I order from a new to me online stores I always order as a private person giving no clues I am a blogger to see how they treat their customers)

In no particular order there are the goodies - most of them will be reviewed separately, because I love sharing the love, but only if the products work, you know what I mean? By the way, I also have two books by Nadine Artemis, the amazing woman behind Living Libations - Holistic Dental Care & Renegade Beauty - both of them are mind blowing and yet I am not sure I've featured any of them on my social media? Be sure to let me know if You want my review on them, and I would be happy to do it for you.

πŸ’• Living Libations Sea Buckthorn Best Skin Ever

This is what makes Living Libations famous - their collection of Best Skin Ever is very well know in the green beauty world and beyond it, and I am very happy to be testing it at the moment. I do have to admit I am a bit afraid, because of my facial dermatitis - dermatitis hates oils, and for the longest time ever I didn't want to admit this to myself - up until last year or so, I've been a die hard oil fan, and that was exactly what I was using as my facial moisturizer for years. I did see a dramatic improvement in my skin after I discontinued them, my dermatitis patch on my left cheek disappeared within days of doing so, so this oil product does scare me ever so slightly, even if it is for sensitive skin. We will see, but I do have high hopes for it! If this works out, I do have my eyes on Sandalwood and Chocolate Best Skin Evers :)

Organic Ingredients: Hippophae rhamnoides (Seabuckthorn), Simmondsia chinensis (Jojoba), Cocos nucifera (Virgin Coconut) Oil, Calophyllum inophyllum (Tamanu) Oil, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender), Chrysopogon zizanioides (Vetiver), Citrus paradise (Grapefruit), and Cymbopogon martini (Palmarosa).

πŸ’• Living Libations Everybody Loves Sunshine With Zinc - Beach Balm

Now, if you follow me for at least a couple of months, you might know I have ordered Coola Sports Stick SPF product which was a real disappointment in a way that it was impossible to apply and dragged skin. So as soon as I saw that this product was in the package I crossed my fingers it would not be like that - and I have to say I didn't need to worry in the slightest! It is a dream to apply, rubs in very easily and although you do see a bit of white-cast from zinc oxide initially, it rubs in really quick and is pretty much undetectable once on. I really like the handy stick applicator, it is so easy and quick to apply on the go, and as you can guess, the ingredients are nothing short of truly natural and organic. Guess which stick out of the two I am repurchasing?
*Update - review here.

Ingredients: Simmondsia chinensis (Jojoba), Cocos nucifera (Virgin Coconut) Oil, Theobroma cacao (Cacao Butter), Hippophae rhamnoides (Seabuckthorn), Zinc Oxide, Rubus idaeus (Raspberry Seed), Calophyllum inophyllum (Tamanu), Schisandra chinensis (Schizandra), Myrica pubescens (Laurel Wax), Helichrysum italicum (Immortelle), Daucus carota (Carrot Seed), Rosa damascena (Rose Otto), Eriocephalus punctualatus (Cape Chamomile), Boswellia carterii (Frankincense), Santalum album (Sandalwood), Zingiber officinale (Ginger), Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender), Pelargonium graveolens (Geranium), Thyme vulgaris linalool (Sweet Thyme), Curcuma longa (Turmeric), Calendula officinalis (Calendula), and Cymbopogon martini (Palmarosa).

*A little side note: a SPF product with frankincense, sadalwood, turmeric, calendula and carrot seed oil? A you kidding me? I will be all over this, sunshine or no sunshine :)

πŸ’• Living Libations Rose Quartz Roller (+ bamboo bag)

I wanted a rose quartz for forever, and now my wish came true! I was a bit afraid of ordering online from unfamiliar brand for the fear of getting a fake stone (yes, there are all kind of fake things, even fake stones) - but guess what, knowing it comes from Living Libations I can rest in peace it is a real thing. As soon as I posted my haul on Instagram, I immediately got a question whether or not this works - and truth to be told it is a tad bit too early for me to tell - I imagine it will take a couple of weeks of continous use to see any results? Even if it gives me no visible results on the skin, knowing it moves the lymph around is enough motivator for me. If you didn't know, lymphatic system is how your body takes the trash (read toxins) out, so it is important to keep it moving - it does not have a heart like blood system to keep it moving. So let's give it a little helping hand, shall we?

πŸ’• Dew Dab

This is another product from Living Libations that is renowned worldwide. Now I get a chance to try it too - which really puts a smile on my face! See the ingredients and you will see why. It is un-diluted essential oil blend that is a powerhouse of healing stuff - and I hope it will work it's magic on my odd spots I am getting - I now have one in between of my eyebrows - perfect time to test the product, haha!
*Update - review here.

πŸ’• Delizioso Skincare Vanilla Sorbet Body Cream

This smelt dreamy and was a pure joy to use. Yes, I want a full size of it. As well as Coconut Mango Body Butter, I really love the sound of that!

Ingredients: *Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Juice, Cocos nucifera (Coconut) Oil, *Unrefined Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, *Unrefined Mangifera indica (Mango) Seed Butter, *Unrefined Butyrospermum parkii (Shea) Shea Butter, *Prunus avium (Cherry) Kernel Oil, *Persea gratissima (Avocado) Oil , *Olea europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Cetearyl Olivate and Sorbitan Olivate (Natural Olive Oil Emulsifier), Tocopherol (Pure Vitamin E), *Kosher Certified Vanilla Flavor Oil (Naturally derived from plant/fruit material) and Natural Antioxidant Preservative (Antioxidant fruits, berries, and tea tree).

πŸ’• Delizioso Orange Blossom Hydrating Shampoo & Conditioner

This, on the other hand was the only thing that didn't work out for my fine hair, despite beautiful ingredients, so I won't be reviewing this separately. Maybe it would work for you if you have different type of hair? I think I need to try their Elderberry range as not to write off the brand too soon, and I have to say I am intrigued by their Orange Blossom Hair Elixir a lot.

Ingredients/ Shampoo:
*Aloe (Aloe) Barbadensis Leaf Juice, *Rose (Centifolia) Hydrosol, Foodgrade Xanthan Gum, Saponified Cocos nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Vegetable Glycerin, *Cocos nucifera (Coconut) Milk, Argania spinosa (Argan) Oil, Aleurites moluccana (Kukui) Nut Oil, *Bertholletia excelsa (Brazil) Nut Oil, *Butyrospermum parkii (Shea) Seed Oil, *Helianthus annuus (Sunflower) Oil, Mauritia flexuosa (Buriti) Fruit Oil, *Rosmarinus (Rosemary) Officinalis Leaf Extract, *Grapefruit (Citrus Grandis) Extract, *Calendula officinalis (Flower) Extract, Cucumis Sativus (Cucumber) Extract, *Citrus limonium (Lemon) Extract, *Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Extract, *Saccharum Officinarum (Sugar Cane) Extract, Acer Saccharinum (Sugar Maple) Extract,, *Vaccinium myrtillus (Bilberry) Exract, Tocopherol (Rice derived non GMO Vitamin E), Jojoba Proteins, Citrus aurantium (Neroli) Essential Oil, Santalum album (Sandalwood) Essential Oil, Artemisia pallens (Davana) Essential Oil, *Clementine Essential Oil and Natural Antioxidant Preservative (from berries, tea tree, and extracts).

Here comes the minis:

Meine Base mineral salts
At first I was not too sure what to do with this mini, as it seemed way too small for a bath and I don't really do foot baths, so I had to do a little digging on some other ways to use it, and I found out I could do inhalation baths and/or make a solution to use it as my mouthwash. Perfection, that's how I will use it up then :)

Aloha Essences by Corinna Kuhnert
Sprays for aura & senses with handmade Hawai’ian flower essences - why, yes please, I would love to have that in my life!

And here is a glimpse of my wishlist - all I have to say is - all those gorgeous and truly natural products, I am coming for you :)

Two Natural Fabulous Toothpastes from Dutch Health Store

Hello Lovelies,

Welcome back! And welcome, if you are new here πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•

green life in dublin
Living Libations Wintergreen + Green Toothpaste review

I hope You are all well?
As You might or might not know, I jumped for joy when I discovered that Dutch Health Store carries widest selection of Living Libation products, not only Best Skin Ever like other EU retailers. You see, while I want to try their beauty products too, the main pull to Living Libations were their dental products as well as Poetic Pits deodorants. I have had a chance to sample a few products from the dental care line (I have placed an order as soon as I discovered this, see my Holistic Dental Care post here. If you want to, of course) and haircare (see my review of True Blue Spirulina Shampoo here, which might be one of the best shampoos in the green beauty world here), and the rest of the products, hear this - I am coming for ya!

All joking aside, let me tell you about these natural toothpastes I have had pleasure to use! Both are very good in their own ways, and I recommend both for different reasons. You are getting two reviews in one post here :)

Living Libations Wintergreen + Clean Toothpaste

My love for Living Libations knows no bounds, because despite the high price tag, you are getting truly natural and the best quality products there is. No cheap fillers or cutting corners here. I have loved every single item I tried from their dental line, which were Happy Gums Drops, Ozonated Gum Gel and Frankincense Fresh Truth Toothpaste, and now this Wintergreen one. The first thing You will notice once You will put it into your mouth will be like "Wowzers, this is powerful!" Let's look at the ingredients, shall we?

Activated Charcoal

This cleansing carbon acts like a magnet to remove toxins from the mouth and to clear surface stains from teeth. This black powder unearths your pearly whites as it purifies pathogens and erases surface stains.

Virgin Coconut (Cocos nucifera) Oil

This is a diverse carrier oil and botanicalbiotic coconspirator that balances oral ecology. This optimal oil soothes the oral tissue and gently removes bacteria that cause bad breath.

Sodium Bicarbonate (baking soda)
Teeth thrive when they are bathed in a sea of sweet saliva, and baking soda buffers and neutralizes food acids. In addition to being an effective cleaning polish, baking soda is gentle. It has significantly lower abrasiveness than the cleaning agents of chalk and silica that are used in commercial toothpastes, and the baking soda’s natural alkalinity neutralizes bacterial acidity.

Saponified Olive Oil (Olea europaea)
Organic saponified olive oil captures all of the nourishing, moisturizing properties of olive oil while enhancing the oil’s ability to help remove plaque from the teeth. Saponification is a chemical reaction that occurs when the oil is treated with a highly alkaline solution.

Rose Petals (Rosa centifolia)

Ravishing rose petals are harvested from our distiller’s organic rose otto fields in Bulgaria’s Valley of Roses and pressed into a pink powder of petals. This fantastically fragrant and toning powder gives nourishing flower-power to our toothpaste.

Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) Super-Critical Extract

Rousing rosemary is an herbaceous revive-alive-verve tonic with a refreshing, penetrating aroma. Think of rosemary as the feisty friend that stimulates sluggishness out of its stagnancy. Rosemary supercritical extract is a super-powered distillation that is highly concentrated and filled with bioactive compounds including carnosic acid, camphor, and rosmaridiphenol. It serves as a natural preservative while providing all of the benefits of rosemary for optimal oral environments.

Wintergreen (Gaultheria fragrantissima) Essential Oil
Wondrous wintergreen essence awakens the senses with a burst of cooling mint and snow-capped freshness. Steam-distilled from the bright red berries and leaves of wild wintergreen, thriving even in the coldest of temperatures, this oil blesses with an essence of longevity and fortitude.

Spearmint (Mentha spicata) Essential Oil
Sprightly spearmint is peppermint’s softer, more understated, cousin. Fresh, fragrant spearmint soothes the senses with whispers of minty magnificence! The ancient Greeks chose spearmint to scent their bath water, while medieval populations used the herb to freshen breath and clean teeth. Like its cousin, spearmint also inhibits the bacteria that cause bad breath.

As you can see, this is coconut and olive oil based toothpaste with activated charcoal and some powerful essential oils. Does it whiten? You bet it does! You don't need very much of it, which is why it will go a long way for you, even if you will go for a small jar. And you don't need to use it every day either - twice a week will maintain a beautiful white smile.
After I am done writing this post I am placing another order, and this time round I'll be getting a Yogi Tooth Serum, Ozonated Happy Gum Gel and Neem Enamelizer Liquid. As well as stainless steel tongue scraper - because I take my oral health seriously. Why not all the same products I've had, you will ask? Because I want to try them all before settling on my favourites.

Revitin Prebiotic Toothpaste review

Want natural toothpaste that will support your mouth's natural flora? You are on the right track here! Developed by Dr. Gerry Curatola is a celebrity dentist with over 30 years experience Revitin supports strong white teeth, healthy gums, and fresher breath. What’s more, Revitin tastes great! Revitin is fluoride-free, without Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS free), and you won’t find Triclosan either! Nutrient fortified natural toothpaste is now considered a “must have” product by health-conscious people committed to achieving the highest level of overall health and wellness. So if you are like me and are mindful what you put on your body and in your mouth, this is a good choice for you! Revitin® toothpaste reduces plaque (46%), gum bleeding (72.5%), and gingival inflammation (42%) over the leading standard toothpaste brands. Revitin fosters a balanced, healthy oral ecology that supports strong white teeth and healthy clean gums. I have to be honest and say I haven't noticed much of the whitening effect (Wintergreen is much more powerful in the whitening department) but is very good as your everyday toothpaste. I am very happy with the ingredients, with a little exception of glycerine (although from natural origin, I believe it coats the teeth and prevents them from remineralizing themselves. You do your boo and do your own research before deciding if you are ok with it or not) Other than that, it is packed full with good-for-you-ingredients, lets see here:

Ingredients:
Non-GMO Vegetable Glycerin (Toothpaste base)
Calcium Carbonate (Remineralization)
Hydrated Dental Silica (Mild mechanical abrasive)
Water (Toothpaste base)
Tangerine Oil (Healthy microbial substrate / flavor)
Organic Lemon Oil (Healthy microbial substrate / flavor)
Xanthan Gum (Healthy microbial substrate / flavor)
Cranberry Seed Oil (Prebiotic)
Vitamins, C, D3, E and K2 (Antioxidants /remineralization)
CoQ10 (Anti-inflammatory for gum health)
Organic Quillaja Saponaria Extract (Lifting agent  to break up thick biofilm)
Dicalcium Phosphate, ionic (Remineralization)
MSM (Anti-inflammatory for gum health)
Chondus Crispus seaweed (Prebiotic / provides “mouth feel”)
Stevia Rebaudiana Leaf Extract (Natural herbal sweetener)

As I said, I am happy with the performance and the ingredients of it, and the way I get around the glycerine issue is I used it with other products, not as a sole product. I suggest you do your own research about products and individual ingredients, and if you will decide these are good enough for you, you know where to find them in the heart of Europe - yay for no custom charges or what? Dutch Health Store is waiting for you.

(ha, I sound like a salesperson! I promise, I am not)

Let's finish this post with my wishlist from Dutch Health Store, because why not? I love compiling wishlists :)

Living Libations Wishlist:
πŸ’• Poetic Pits in Copal Musk

Natural & Organic Empties April 2018

Hi Lovelies,

Welcome back! And welcome, if You are new here πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•

green life in dublin
Natural & Organic Beauty & Wellness Empties April 2018

I think we all know what these posts are all about - what I used, loved, hated, will buy, won't buy again, blah blah blah..
Please excuse moi, I don't mean to come across all rude and standoffish, it's just I am going through some health issues and a new job at the moment behind the scenes, so have no energy for anything else lately. Add that to the crappy weather and a month long head cold, and that's me in a nutshell lately. Plus these empties posts feel like a pain-in-the-you-know-what lately, so I will keep it short. And honest. No changes there then :)

In no particular order here's what I finished in April:

green life in dublin
Natural & Organic Empties

Benecos Apricot Body Peeling
Budget option of body scrub, but I didn't enjoy it much, too little of scrubbing action. Probably won't get it again.

Westlab Epsom & Magnesium Salts
A must have of the last few years. I knew about them for years but never got why I need to use them, well, until I tried it for myself. If you are a tired, go and lie in magnesium salt bath for 20-40 minutes and you will rise a totally different person. You can thank me later :)

Theraneem Naturals Neem Mouthwash
Really natural ingredients, tastes a bit sweet, which I am not used to, but I'd get it again. Have had a few products by this company and I liked them. Will repurchase.

Dudu Osun Classic Black Soap
Another staple in our house, bar of soap with paper packaging. I have a review on it if You want to have a look at my two cents on it? Repurchase? Yes! And yes again :)

Sukin Purifying Shampoo & Nourishing Conditioner
Both came in Love Lula March Box (post here) and I really loved both of them. Will get full sizes eventually. Good price point too.

Organii Organic Cotton Patches
I have a review of the whole line here, and let me just tell you upfront these cotton patches will forever remain in my kit, they hold up so much better than any patches from the chemists, and I feel good about using less plastic. A score. Organic score :)

Organic honey & theyme cough syrup from NYR
One of the very few things that truly work for coughs, and it is always the thing I stock up on when I make my own NYR order. Love the fact it is organic too.

Manuka Honey 12+
This is also something I always want to have on hand. So I do.

Propolis Throat Spray
Another thing that tames the cough beast!

Better You Turmeric Oral Spray
This I bought for my 5yr old who was going through allergies and sickness season in a bid to help her boost her immune system..

Living Libations Wintergreen & Clean Toothpaste
I am due a review for it, so keep your eyes peeled for it - and to sum it up, here's what I have to say: expensive, but worth it!

green life in dublin
Natural & Organic Empties

Meadows Rejuvenating Face Cream
I have reviewed it, so hit that search box if You are interested? Good basic cream that rates a 2 on EWG (not to be found there, I made my own report). so it might be an option of You are looking for a new face cream or want to try something from an Irish brand. Not repurchasing due to having too many face creams in my stash. Plus loving Bella Aura more.

I Love Skin Face Oil Scent Free
Packed full of nourishing oils, and essential oil free, but sad to say I didn't like it very much because it still reacted with my dermatitis patch (not a downfall of a products, 95% of the face oils do that) and it was oily and not the best smelling either. Sorry! Not bashing a product, it's just my sensitive skin found home in Bella Aura products and I kind of don't want to use anything else.

Alverde Brow Gel in Blonde
Great budget option, repurchased already. Worked great with matching Alverde brow powder and it matched my ash toned brows well.

Honua Skincare Aloha Youth Serum
Another good natural product I am not repurchasing due to loving Bella Aura (I seriously sound like a broken record here, but please put yourself into my shoes - I was having such a hard time finding products to suit my uber sensitive skin, and then dermatitis happened.. On my face, no less - which reacted to a lot of skincare products I was using, and it still rebels if I start testing new products. So when my skin found home with Bella Aura, I don't want to use anything else.). Nothing bad to say about this product, and I still have and love this brand's Beauty Water as well.

Nude By Nature Highlight Stick In Bronze
I also have a review on this brand, which happens to be stocked in Debenhams - yay or what? This bronzey highlight didn't suit my face as a highlight, so I used it as a glowy bronzer, and it worked quite well that way. Now it is over a year old and it changed smell, meaning it is time to chuck it. Not too sure if I am going for this colour, but I want to get it in another colour for sure. As well as to explore the brand more.

Inika Long Lash Mascara (not pictured)
Absolutely loving this mascara, this is all I used for the last seven or nine months (not the same one, three of them) - and I am also due a Inika review - can somebody come over and kick my butt so I would finally get round to it? I have around eight items to review, and it is collosal work, so I don't even want to start it, it will take days to do! Any blogger would know how much of hard work comes into it. Coming back to this mascara, I would totally recommend it and will repurchase it at some point, it is just that after using just one mascara for so long, I want to try something new - and I have my eyes firmly on Fitglow Good Lash Mascara and I hear only good things about new(ish) Burts Bees one, so I am kind of adding it to my list too. I am not loyal to my mascaras, ok? :)

P.s. Please make my day and subscribe & share this or any of my blog posts on social media - it helps to get the green beauty word out - and for that I Thank You!

Wish List 2018

Hi Lovelies,

Welcome back! And if you are new here, welcome πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•

Truth to be told I am mulling over this post since the middle of Autumn of last year, I've done and re-done (and lost it) multiple times, talked myself out of posting it quite a number of times too. Not sure if anybody's interested, but I figured it, the time is now or never! Ever since last year or so, I got into journaling, or writing down the thoughts that are pouring out of me faster than I can track them. As I looked back on my journals, I noticed many wishes scribbled here and there, so I took time to categorize them and write them down, because this way the thought holds more weight than just floating around your head. You might have noticed I have done a couple of these type of posts already, and when I looked back at them, I noticed half of the wishes I had came true. I believe that it is important to send your wishes
"out there" - call it whatever you like, Cosmic Ordering, wishes to God, Angels or simply Universe, I find it works. And if you believe in it, it multiplies the chances of getting what you want! So, cosmic ordering it is once again :)

Natural Beauty Wishlist

(a bit excessive, I know. I am not the one to half a** things :)

Living Libations Sun Dew Trandermal Vitamin D Creme

I am looking into vitD topical usage at the moment, and I am into this Living Libations cream! Along with optimal vitamin D intake, topical vitamin D application can create a rejuvenating and quenching effect on skin. Sun+dew is a unique formula that delivers pure botanicals, potent vitamin D (2000 IU per application on face and over 100,000 IU per jar) to revitalize, hydrate and sustain your skin. Sounds good or what? I really loved all the Living Libations products I have tried to date and I want like all of them asap!

Living Libations Poetic Pits In Sandalwood or Musk

This has been on my wishlist for ages. It seems to be a pure essential oil to be used instead of deodorant, and I not sure how or if it would work, but I want to try it. There are a few scents to choose from, and Sandalwood is calling my name. If it fails, I can always fall back onto my DIY deodorant, can't I?

Living Libations Seabuckthorn Shampoo

I have bought a sample size of it and fell in love! Quite possibly the best green beauty shampoo. Their True Blue Spirulina shampoo is also very nice, see my review here if you missed it. I also reviewed their dental products in my Holistic Dental Care Routine post here, and I feel Living Libations obsession coming on - I loved everything I have tried to date. Pricy, yes, and although I can't afford much of them, I am determined to make my way through them one by one. The best quality you can get, and it feels like it.

Living Libations Best Skin Ever in Sandalwood or Sea Buckthorn

Iconic products by LL and I am determined to try them one day, as soon as I will finish off some of my current facial oils.

Living Libations Mint Condition Mineral Tooth Powder

Snippet from the official blurb - It is a gentle exfoliating elixir that polishes teeth with the pure ingredients of kaolin clay, coconut MCT powder, baking soda, magnesium, calcium, sea salt, probiotics, vitamin D, peppermint, and spearmint to harmonize optimal oral ecology. This gentle botanical brightener nourishes enamel with bio-available minerals. As you polish, tiny mineral particulates are delivered to the teeth and saliva.

All I can say is yes please :)

I think we can all understand I am well under Living Libations spell at the moment, I could go on for hours, but I think I will stop here. I have had a chance to try a few of their fantastic products, and I self gifted Renegade Beauty book for Christmas, which I can not get enough of. Oh, wait, that was Santa! Pardon moi.

Do I need to say more?

Bioptron

Vitamix or Blendtec blender

I have to be honest, this is almost-permanent on my wishlist, as is Thermomix, but as my budget is lemonade, not champagne money, any of those will remain on my wishlist for longer (unless any of you want to sponsor me, haha!). The thing is, my trusty oldie juicer broke last year, so I replaced that bulky and heavy thing with Ninja, and it is close enough to what I want. No complains here.

Living Libations Immune Illume or Immune Illume in Hotberry

These appear to be essential oils for internal use if I am not mistaken? As someone with a compromised immune system stemming from food allergies, I want to try this to see if it will make a difference. Official blurb: for the glee of strong immunity, a deep warm embrace of schizandra berry, seabuckthorn berry, ginger, clove, cinnamon, turmeric and grapefruit. A medicine muse of potent antibacterial antifungal plants, a drop or two with chocolate, tea or honey!
Potent drops; fortifying antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral agents groom a resistant immune.

Living Libations Sacred Sage Smudge Chrism

Sacred Sage Smudge clears senses, sanctifies sacred spaces and purifies places with a reverent blend of cedar bark, vetiver roots, sandalwood, silver fir, Douglas fir setting a fragrant foundation for a gathering of sages from many nations: Kenyan Leleshwa, South African Blue Mountain Sage, Spanish Sage, Desert Sage and Canadian White Sage.
I intend to use this for air purifying purposes, I am afraid I don't do any magical rituals :)

Stainless steel lunchboxes

As I want to move away from plastic lunchboxes I currently have (BPA free, but still), stainless steel is what I want over glass. Lunch Bots and Tiffin lunch boxes seem to be the cutest around. Come this way please!

Fermenting Pot

Another useful thing I don't have, but also don't want to spend my money on, so I am throwing this wish out there in the open and well shall see what happens. You see, I often make my own sauerkraut (see recipe post here) but it can go moldy if I am not careful, so special pot would be useful. But oh my goodness, parting with 40€ for it? I don't think I can justify it. As well as spending 25+ for stainless steel bottles and luchboxes. Weren't they around 6 to 8 euros before everything eco and sustainable came into fashion? Since when we came to think it's OK to spend 25€ for a glass bottle? Yes, it is sustainable, eco and reusable, but why we can't buy water in a glass bottle for less than five quid and reuse that? I myself am reusing bottle from Treevitalise birch water, and I don't see a problem with it. There's also fabulously elegant Voss water bottle, I keep my eye on for a good while now, but I am yet to acquire it - I haven't seen those around.
Whoops, sorry for a mini rant! I noticed significant price spikes for everything that comes into fashion, from all kinds of reusable stuff to grains (quinoa, farro, anyone?) and it drives me crazy, that's all.

Chi Machine

Pro mini rebounder

Shungite pyramids

(let's just say the electromagnetic pollution is off the roof where I live)

Books Wishlist 2018

Book Wishlist 2018
I couldn't help but raise a little smile when uploading this - just like with Natural Beauty wishlist, some of the wishes were granted already! Some of the books were found in my local library, Renegade Beauty I self gifted for Christmas, and 2018 started in the best possible way when I was offered Medical Medium books by a fabulous couple from the US, and I will share more when I will get the package. You know who you are, and I want to let you know that you are too good to be true and I appreciate you so much!
I won't go into details of all the books here, if you get it, you get it! I like educating myself on many levels on an ongoing basis, and it is such a pity I have less and less time for it. I really ought to spend less time on Instagram and get back into reading. I am waaay behind my 10-books-a-month habit I used to sport. My real time reading lists can be seen here (don't forget to slide) and here. If you have any recommendations for me, please leave them down below - many thanks in advance!

Fashion Wishlist

Fashion wishlist 2018
I apologise in advance for this eye sore! When you look closely at the individual pieces, they are all fabulous, but when you put them together like that, it is a right jumble, I get it. I am someone who does not buy new clothes every month, or even season, so I can dream, right? I used to roll on the floor laughing at a cost-per-wear concept I'd seen in InStyle or similar fashion glossy mags, but now I see it makes sense. I could go on and on for hours, but let's leave it at this note - if I ever will be able to afford any designer pieces, I would like any of the Missoni garment and one Balenciaga bag. Amen.

Thanks of you are still with me, if you made it to the end, you are a total rock star and should pat yourself on the back!
What is on your wishlist, I would love to know. Please share with me either in the comments or on any of my social media?

Tata for now, see you here very shortly.

Lots of Love,
Renata.
