Flying Wild Balms Review - Irish Series

Hello Lovelies,

Welcome back! And if you are new here, welcome 💕💕💕

I am starting a new series in the blog, solely dedicated to Irish brands, and what better way to start than with my new favourite balms from Flying Wild? Flying Wild is a company started by lovely Arno, the brand owner and formulator. He moved back to his birthplace a few years looking for simpler life, more outdoors life and it resulted in this business. Arno keeps 60 bee hives of very happy bees and is using fresh honey to make his products. Other (certified organic, no less) ingredients in products are hemp, coconut, olive, soya and castor oils, shea butter, vitamin E, essential oils of frankincense and may chang. Super simple and minimal list of ingredients, exactly what I like, and all of them are good for you and nourishing to the skin. (Sorry vegan friends, this post is not for you, please feel free to check out my other posts). I am really loving the company's ethos too, they say if the ingredient does not add anything to the product, it is not included. Every product is made by hand in small batches, fresh from scratch every time, no fillers or pre-made bases – every ingredient is natural, has a specific purpose and delivers results. Quality of the products speak for themselves. How can you not love this?

There are four products in the line, three balms for the body, hands and feet, and a lip balm. I got a chance to test them all and I can't choose my favourite, they are all that good!

The Lip Balm
Is second to only Hurraw lip balms, and it is way better than anything l used in the last few years, way better than Burt’s Bees, Crazy Rumours, Eos and multiple other balms. It is super nourishing, lasts for hours and smells of honey and rosemary. I am stocking up on these babies come autumn! I am the sort of person who has to have multiple lip balms everywhere, next to the computer, bed, in the handbag, bathroom, car, you name it. The only tiny thing l dislike about it is the packaging, it is forest green tube, and the colour reminds me of a school uniform, aka my least favourite colour (and not so good memories perhaps) but the balm is so good that l am willing to put up with it. Here’s hoping the brand will come out with more variations in the flavours and packaging?
Certified Organic Ingredients: grapeseed oil, beeswax, honey, rosemary oil, vitamin E.

The Body Balm
It comes in a pump tube, which l like very much, very sanitary, no diping germy fingers into a pot and contaminating product with bacteria. All balms come in the same packaging. It has great ingredients (duh, obviously!) and is a joy to use, plus l have to mention the smell, your bathroom will smell amazing for hours!! It is also amazingly softening, your skin will feel like a baby’s skin for a couple of days. You can mix it with other body lotion if you don’t want to run out too soon, and that is exactly what I am doing and savouring every moment of it! It has runny honey consistency, it is not a hard balm, and it leaves a bit of a film in your skin if you don't rub it in well, so make sure to do that. (But if you like thin consistency lotions that rub in quickly and leave no trace of any product on the skin, this might be not a product for you). As l am more of a body oil or butter type of girl, l am loving it! Formulated for normal to dry skin.
Certified Organic Ingredients: Soya oil, vegetable glycerine, castor oil, olive oil, hemp seed oil, shea butter, beeswax, coconut oil, honey, vitamin E, may chang oil, olive oil peg-7 esters*, frankincense oil. * non-organic plant based emulsifyer.

The Hand Balm

Same amount of product, same packaging, same gorgeous smell! I keep reaching for this hand balm non stop, and after a little while l noticed l didn't touch any of my hand creams for a week! So it quickly took over as my favourite hand product too. Definitely repurchasing once I am out, l don't want to be without this product ever again! Just like a  body balm, it leaves a film on the hands, so l use it at night. I only use the hand creams at night anyways. If you are someone who uses hand creams multiple times daily, maybe try it on the backs of the hands?
Certified Organic Ingredients: Flaxseed oil, vegetable glycerine, castor oil, olive oil, hemp seed oil, calendula oil, beeswax, coconut oil, honey, vitamin E, may chang oil, olive oil peg-7 esters*, frankincense oil. * non-organic plant based emulsifyer.

The Foot Balm
The Foot Balm has a much stronger scent than the hand and body balms. The reason for this is that the foot balm also includes neem oil (very good and powerfully anti-bacterial and anti-fungal - but has the downside of being pretty smelly) and lemon eucalyptus and tea tree. It is what makes it very powerful in healing feet. For this I will include the official blurb:
"Repair, heal and protect your feet with this nutrient rich Foot Balm. Pure natural oils of organically grown Soya, Flaxseed, Neem, Olive, Hemp, and Castor deeply nourish and moisturise your dry and damaged skin. Essential oils of Frankincense, May Chang, Tea Tree and Lemon Eucalyptus leave your feet feeling refreshed, renewed and protected under a layer of organic Beeswax. This balm has been specially formulated to help your skin fight bacterial and fungal invasion and to soothe, cool and enliven your tired, aching feet and heels."
I have to agree on all counts! My feet are definitely softer and more smooth after just a few uses! It is really nice to treat your feet with such a fabulous balm as most of us are neglecting them, let's be honest. Yes I take care of them and they look fine, not rough, but l rarely if ever buy specific product for feet, but that is about to change. I planned to use my hubby as a test bunny for this balm, as his feet could do with some healing (standing up all day with steel toe boots, anyone?) but pinning him down for some testing proved more difficult than l thought, so let's just say this is a work in progress and I will get back to you with the results shortly. My own feet are very grateful for this product however, and the smell of this and the hand balm are wonderful to lull yourself into sleep. I really enjoy them.
Certified Organic Ingredients
Flaxseed oil, soya oil, castor oil, neem oil, vegetable glycerine, beeswax, coconut oil, olive oil, honey, vitamin E, may chang oil, tea tree oil, lemon eucalyptus oil, olive oil peg-7 esters*, frankincense oil.

All of these body balms come in a pump packaging and house 75ml of the product. The lip balm is 5gr of product, slightly bigger than your average lip balm. It retails for 5.99€ whereas the body balms retail for 14.99€ with a free shipping to Ireland. I think this is very good and fair price point, and you all know I am a big fan of a free shipping, haha! Speaking of shipping, Flying Wild ships worlwide via their website and Etsy and Ebay shops. You can also find these products in selected shops and pharmacies in Ireland.

Do I love and recommend these products? Yes and yes! Even though I wasn't expecting much when I first received them, I would repurchase every single product from them, and there are very few brands that I can say that about. Take it as a very high praise and Green Life In Dublin stamp of approval!

Want to try these products? Hint hint, there might be a giveaway in the works! So stay tuned and follow my and Flying Wild Instagram pages.

That is all for now, see you again next Monday!
Lots of Love,
Renata.

Lotus Wei Review

Hello Lovelies,

Where do I start? The day I got my package from Lotus Wei I was having a super crappy day plus I had to walk four kilometres to my post office with my little princess to pick up the parcel, because I missed the post man the day before. Everything that could go wrong, did - it was that sort of the day! So l didn't know whether to cry or explode once I finally got home, but guess what? I opened a beautiful package by LotusWei and misted those beautiful concoctions into the air.. And guess what? Two minutes later all was well in the world! Amazing! 💕 I don't know how they work, but they most definitely do! I couldn't put them down all evening that day, and the next morning I reached for those first thing in the morning, before my lemon water/ coffee. On my second day in, I announced I am addicted for life already. No wonder so many of you recommended them in my Top Three Natural Products post!

Lotus Wei was the brand I wanted to try for ages, ever since I heard about them a few years ago, you know when you "get" the brand before even trying their products? That is exactly the case here. I should also add that I am your regular person, not "hippyish" at all, no smudging or crystal healing anything for me please. If you are into those things, l salute you, more power to you! But for me, I am practical person who puts family and kids first, and never has time to delve into those things deeper.
Flower remedies are not new to me, I have tried several brands before, but none of them worked for me, probably due to the fact that I was self prescribing them, but on another hand I only tried calming remedies, not some specific flower essences, so I feel they should work for everyone, right?
So I decided to try Lotus Wei once anxiety got the better of me, in hopes that it might help, and I am so overjoyed it did! I am your natural born worrier, leave me alone with my thoughts and I will drive myself crazy, my brain loves working overtime playing all these worst "what will happen if this will happen" scenarios in my head. Yep, that is me all over.

According to Lotus Wei, “Flower alchemy is simply another way of receiving the nourishing properties of plants — but instead of taking in oxygen, you’re taking in pure flower essences, suspended in water— liquid energy that transforms your mood + your mind through your acupuncture meridians.” Katie Hess is a flower alchemist + the founder of Lotus Wei — one of the world’s leading floral apothecaries. You can find out more about her in the "press kit" tab on their website.
If you are newbie like me and simply don't know where to start, there is a helpful 'flower quiz' and then they email you results. In my case they suggested Inner Peace and Joy Juice products, and that's exactly what they sent me, along with my requested sampler kit, huge thank you for that, Lotus Wei if you are reading this! They do a few variations of the products too, mists, serums, anointing oils and elixirs, as well as perfumes. I will touch down on how to use those products in just a minute. Most people feel a dramatic difference in their everyday state of mind within 2-3 days, with a cumulative effect over time. If used regularly, bottle lasts 3-4 weeks, enough time to experience a significant shift in mood and everyday life. Safe (& excellent) for children.

Sampler kit contains six flavours or scents there are more of them available separately though. But in the kit you will get six, whether it will be mist or serums kit - that includes Joy Juice, Radiant Energy, Inner Peace, Inspired Action, Quiet Mind and Infinite Love. The latter two are my favourite from the bunch and that is exactly the ones I am going to repurchase. I never want to be without Infinite Love ever again! It is designed for other things, but this is exactly the one that calms me down, after smelling this (and maybe a cup of tea) all is well in the world for me.

INFINITE LOVE:

“Experience: Unconditional love for yourself & others; attract love + affection, enhanced magnetism, attractiveness + charisma. Magnifies gentleness, compassion, softness + receptivity.

Dissolves: Irritation, being hard on yourself, hard heart, feeling attacked, resentment, anger, jealousy, codependency, giving away all your energy to others and forgetting your own needs, past trauma, breaking through old patterns.”

Aroma: Exquisite Rose, Red Mandarin, & Honey

(My two cents on it - this smells "happy!" that is the way I describe it when asked, you can't feel the rose in it (fear not if you are not a fan of roses smell) and it has just a touch of honey, so it is not too sweet other, it is just just uplifting and nice smell).

INNER PEACE:

Experience: Deep peace, calm, confidence, comfort + contentment; strength + assuredness during times of high-stress.

Dissolves: High levels of stress & overwhelm; feeling a lack of support; nervousness, fear, lack of confidence, nervous about public speaking

Aroma: {Herbal Spice} Calming, grounding lavender, cedar, vetiver, geranium. Great for kids.

QUIET MIND:

Experience: Clarity, focus, relaxed body, quiet mind, sound sleep, ability to take breaks + be more effective

Dissolves: Busy mind, mental chatter, restless sleep, physical tension (especially neck & shoulders), over-analyzing

This is a very pleasant calming scent and I enjoy it a lot! Definitely a repurchase, a must for my over anxious mind. Highly recommend it is you are like me and worry a lot.

INSPIRED ACTION:

Experience: Motivation, drive, follow through, decisiveness, fearless creativity, innovation, intuition, synchronicity, tackling your big goals, finishing projects.

Dissolves: Procrastination, lack of follow through, feeling stuck, writer's block, indecision, projects left undone, distracted mind.

RADIANT ENERGY:

Experience: Energy, vitality, protection, strength, powerful presence, immune system boost, gentle cleanse of environmental toxins, recharge after air travel, computer use, x-rays.

Dissolves: Fatigue due to computer & cell phone use, air travel; accumulation of energies that are not your own; vulnerability, whether physically or energetically; taking on others' stress; feeling invisible, weak, or not clear about what you want.

JOY JUICE:

Experience: Joy, laughter, euphoria, contentment, simplicity, playful, letting your inner child come out, enjoying life more

Dissolves: Seriousness, feeling the weight of responsibilities, worry, overcomplicating things, repressing your inner child

Aroma: Jasmine, Sweet Orange, Davana (strawberry-like), Rosewood.

(My two cents on it - despite this aroma being recommended to me after taking flower quiz, this ended up not agreeing with me at all. I would disagree with the description, this has not sweet aromas in it, all I got was jasmine, wood and something else I disliked, so no matter how much I tried to like and use it, every time I opened the bottle I couldn't deal with it, so in order for it not to be wasted, I ended up swapping it in a green beauty swap.)

How to Use Mists:

With the mist, spray it above and over your face and shoulders. Spray it five times a day on your clothes, pillows, bed room and basically anything. What I like to do is spray above my head 2-3 times and lift my face and step into the droplet cloud. I know it’s kind of quirky, but letting the scent rain on my face is relaxing. My little princess makes sure she joins me in too.

How to use anoiting oils:

Apply to pulse-points 5 times daily. My note: these scents won't be as strong as you might expect, these are all natural flower essences (which have no smell by the way!) and essential oils and they do not have chemical or synthetic fixatives or preservatives (which have been shown to cause attention deficit issues + disturb neurological + hormone functioning).

How to use serums:

Apply to face morning and night--especially after computer use. Can also massage your ears and the back of your neck. Make sure to check individual serum's description on their website, as they can be used different ways, for example Radiant Energy serum can be used for menstrual cramps, cellulite and cold climates to warm you up!

How to use elixirs:

Enjoy 5 drops sublingually 5 times each day regularly until bottle is finished; or put 25 drops in your water bottle each morning and drink throughout the day.

Or get creative with it - morning coffee, party punch, restaurants, water bottle, kid’s water or juice, pet’s water, cocktails.

So, what's my verdict and experience with Lotus Wei? Very positive and pleasant I would say! This made me flower remedies convert, and despite liking other products than those suggested for me, I fell in love with them. Pricy, yes, but I highly recommend trying some, if it works on calming me down and helping me not to stress so much (or calm down massive strop thrown by my three year old) than it's worth every penny. I will rather go without something else to be honest (in order to have this). A must have product in my life.
In Europe you can get those from Naturisimo and Being Content, both are my fave UK based websites with outstanding service and free shipping. Being Content has a brick and mortar shop as well, and if You are lucky enough to visit it in London, then I am jel of you :) They only have mists, while Naturisimo also has serums, mists and anointing oils but no perfumes. I purchased the Infinite Love anointing oil but I have yet to receive it, and I will make sure to update the blog post once it arrives. Love forever it is! Can easily replace perfume I would say, as it could be smelled a few hours later. Having to re-apply it does not bother me one bit either, as I couldn't let it go from my hands either way, so it makes it more fun I would say. Small bottle is perfect for travelling too.

Have you tried Lotus Wei products and what's your experience with them? Please share with me, I would love to know :)

If you want to, get it from Citrine Natural Beauty Bar or The Detox Market

That is all for now, see you here next Monday!

Lots of Love,
Renata.

Summer 2016 Faves

Hi Lovelies,

Today I am coming at you with my first ever favourites post. These types of videos are one of my faves to watch on Youtube, and I thought this would be fun post to include into my blog too. I don't buy enough products to do monthly favourites (and besides I tend to stick with the same stuff for weeks, so that's why I think I won't be doing monthly faves post, as I feel they would be repetitive, but we shall see as we go, shall we?) So without further ado, let's get started!

Kimberley Sayer SPF30 facial Moisturiser Cream
I got it in a green beauty swap with Cleanshelf from Instagram, and while I knew it wouldn't be quite perfect for me (it is not aimed at dry skin) I still wanted to try it. It is not enough moisturising for me, but I work around it by mixing it with cold pressed raspberry seed oil, which also has SPF of 30-50 on it's own. I can safely say this this the first facial SPF product that didn't break me out, nor it is heavy, nor does it leave you with a white cast. Love? yes! Review? Soon!
(little note, I also purchased 100%Pure spray SPF30 as well as their sun stick SPF30, but this Irish summer is such that I wore short sleeves twice only so far, so I can't comment on these products yet).

Naked II Palette by 100%Pure
Can't let it go from my hands since getting it! Soon enough it will be released for sale on their website and I highly recommend that you pick it up, I think you are going to enjoy it so much!
(swatches on my Instagram page here).

100%Pure Gemmed Lip Gloss in Peacock Ore

This is just absolutely gorgeous gloss that has all natural ingredients and real crushed gems like labradorite, moonstone and such - hence the name "gemmed"! I grab this over any lip product I own and rightly so, it is my favourite for the moment and love for forever. These babies are perfect Juicy Tubes dupe minus the nasty chemicals. If you missed my review on them, you can find the link below the post.

100%Pure Powder Blush in Mimosa

It is just a coincidence that I feature so many 100%Pure products in one post, it is not a 100%Pure sponsored post or anything! It just goes to show that I really love their make up, and even though their products are expensive, you can make it work by keeping an eye on their sales, and besides this is money well spent because their products are great and well pigmented. These blushes are also on my Holy Grail list and a love for forever. I have tried many blushes since and many of them are "meh" in comparison, I always go back to Mimosa or Chiffon if I do a cool toned look.

The Honest Beauty Luminizer
Gorgeous lady nici_evans sent this to me and I would kiss her if could! So sweet of her! Thanks again! Let's get back to the product, shall we? I was never into highlighters and luminizers before, I can see how gorgeous they look on other people, but for myself, I never took that extra step most of the the time, esp having in mind that the top of the cheeks was the place mostly affected by my dermatitis, so I never want to highlight that area as I still have scarred texture there. Anyways, let's get back to the product Renata! It is simply gorgeous! The unexpected fave from the package I received - it gives the most amazing bronzy luminous glow, so I constantly reach for this product. Just look at that swatch, will you? Californian Bronze Goddess in a pan, that is what I would call it. I use it as a blush topper, and it is even pigmented enough to use it as a blush on it's own. Let's just say I never want to run out of it as Honest Beauty is not available in EU.

Pai Rosehip Oil
All I can say, what took me so long? Rosehip oil is my favourite for a really long time, and i used to use cheaper oils most of the time, but they were hard to get or just plain didn't work for me, so once i marched into the health shop and handed my card with my eyes closed and asked for this beauty. No, just kidding, but it took me a while to swallow the price point, as 28€ is a steep price for me. on the other hand I am so glad I invested, as it works so beautifully for me, my skin just loves it. There are myriad of beauty benefits of rosehip oil, and I will review it for sure.

Pure Anada mineral Foundation
So far I kept mum on this subject, but now I can reveal it for sure - I found my fvourite mineral foundation powder! It covers ANYTHING like nobody's business and that is exactly why I like it. Let me correct myself - it will cover anything in one or two layers only, one will give you decent nearly full coverage, with two you have full coverage for sure! This stuff is so pigmented that I use it as undereyes concealer and it works way better than actual mineral concealers from other brands. Wait for review post where i will dish up all the deeds on this beauty and other products from this brand.

So that is it for my first ever faves post, maybe I could expand past green beauty items if you want me to, to include lifestyle, fashion, book faves?
Please let me know if you would like that and also let me know what are you enjoying at the moment too! I would love to know.

That is all for now,
Lots of Love,
Renata.

Lily Lolo BB Cream review

Hi Lovelies,

I have a confession to make. I want to steal my daughter’s make up! Her Lily Lolo BB Cream if we are being specific. Stealing from one’s kids is totally acceptable, right? Right?
Let’s start from the start - I had bought it for her after both of us liked the sample I had, but now that it is here, I totally want one of my own. She is not into green beauty, and this is one of the first clean beauty items that she took my recommendations from me. Just like her dad, she is resisting all the things green, because she “doesn't care”. Teenagers, huh? (Here’s hoping I will drum the facts into her sooner or later, and she will come to her senses).
Anyways, let’s get back to the cream and why I like it so much. To be honest this is the first BB cream to make the cut to the full size, and here’s why - it is fabulous! It makes your skin look fabulously tan, like you have come back from a holiday. It is also a dream to apply, practically blends itself, but more on this later.
It comes in white squeezy tube type of packaging with a pump, and we love pumps in here, they keep your make up free of contaminants and bacteria, always a good thing, right? It is 40ml of product and retails for around 20€.
It is all natural mineral based sans any silicones, spreads like a dream and is a joy to use! It almost blends itself - you know, like some of the creams are hard to rub in, dry too fast leaving you with the streaks? There is none of that! You just put it on, spread in a few seconds and you are done with your face! The finish is semi mate, but with a touch of dewiness to it, really beautiful. The coverage is light to medium, somewhat buildable, but what I like the most is how my skin looks after I applied it - like after a holidays! It gives sort of tan appearance, evening out the skin tone and minor imperfection, and what is really important for me - it covers my dermatitis scarred skin really well and really quick! Very impressed with that! (I battled dermatitis on my face for those of you who are new to my blog, l don't have active breakouts anymore, but one of my cheeks is left with much redder skin than the other, so not a good luck! Naturally l am keen to cover it up every time l step out of the house). The point I am trying to make here that all of you my beautiful ladies with less than perfect skin, do not hesitate to try this product.
It only comes in three shades at the moment, and mine is the the shade "Light" which is kind of dark in my opinion! Well, it starts out dark, but it blends out really beautifully. I have a dry skin skin and sometimes I have to put another more heavy duty moisturiser underneath, but not always, it depends on how my skin is feeling that day. I think oily to normal skin ladies would really enjoy it.

If you want more coverage, you can always use mineral powder on top. It lasts pretty decent too, so apart from the lack of SPF in it, l can't really fault it.
Would l recommend and repurchase it? Yes and yes! But l also recommend purchasing a sample first to see if it's for you? Us EU girls aren't exactly spoiled like our fellow US sisters where you can return a product (and for free) just because it didn't suit you or you didn't like it. We are all different, and just because l like it, it doesn't mean you would love it as much. I think we all know it, but l feel obliged to throw these disclaimers out there anyway. Just get that sample girl, you will know then.

Have you tried this Lily Lolo BB cream? Are you enjoying it? Please share with me, I would love to know :)

Check Lily Lolo at:

That is all for now, see you guys here next Monday.

Lots of Love,
Renata.

*I purchased the item with my own money. My opinions are my own no matter what way the products come in. I am always honest and I hope you know that by now :)

What I am Using Right Now or The Edit

Hi Lovelies,

Welcome back! And if you are new here, welcome 💕💕💕

I just realized that working thoroughly on reviews is taking a lot of time (at least for me, I post a review after testing an item for a few weeks) and while I am not short of ideas or stuff to review, I wanted to share with you what I am currently using/testing right now. All these items are new(ish) to me, and if you follow me on Instagram, you have seen majority of them, but not all. I am on the hunt for my perfect foundation, so I am testing out a few, mineral powders and liquids. I finally got my skincare where I want it to be, so I am putting a lid on the new stuff for the moment, as my super sensitive and dermatitis prone skin wouldn't go too cray cray on me. These are not all, but I didn't want to overwhelm you with a sheer amount of stuff. All these items are clean when it comes to the ingredients, I won't be listing the ingredients here, or it will be two mile long blog post, and who wants that? I listed fifteen items here, in reality I could've carried on to fifty three (the current amount of drafts in my blogger's dashboard) and would still not be done! Oh dear, I am definitely not a minimalist, am I?

1. Vintner's Daughter facial oil

I got it in a green beauty swap with Cleanshelf from Instagram. I jumped at a chance to try 200$ facial oil as it is something I wouldn't be able to try otherwise, it is way out of my price range. I m on a fence about it, good at brightening my skin, but too potent for me for everyday use, so l use it twice a week now.

2. Josh Rosebrook Balance shampoo and conditioner.

Again, acquired from the same swap, and the same story with these products, too pricy for me, so was so glad to receive in a swap. First impressions not that good, after three attempts I moved on to 100%Pure shampoo and conditioner, which are so much better in my opinion. I should finish up these as I plan a blog review.

3. 100%Pure Neem and Burdock shampoo and conditioner

I was so excited about these, and they are good! I have a blog post review on them coming soon, but l guarantee you, if you will get them, you won't be disappointed! What can I say? Since I tried this brand, I have fallen in love and will continue to buy the products till I cease to exist. Not everything suited me, but I am impressed with 99% of the stuff I have tried from this company. Does not happen very often. (Reviews can be found here, here, here, here, here and here.)

4. 100%Pure Pretty Naked II palette.

I can't put it down since getting it! Enough said. I have a review on it coming shortly as well, and make sure you get your paws on it once it will becomes available to the public, I have a feeling it's going to sell out pretty fast. Oh, and you can enter 100%Pure giveaway to win one (plus three other palettes for your friends) on their Instagram page.

5. Jo Browne natural perfumes

I received a lovely present in the post, and these little beauties made me so happy! Handmade in Ireland with organic beeswax and the fragrance is 98% natural too. These last for 6-7 hours, which is incredible for a natural perfume.

6.. Inika goodies

Expect a review on their powder and liquid foundations, luminizer and blushes. One word? Love.

7. Living Nature Illuminating foundation

Don't have formed opinion on it yet as I only have it for a couple of days. Stay tuned.

8. Pai facial oil.

All I can say is - what took me so long??

9. Fushi Eczemaid

I'm due a review on this chickweed ointment which helped (or not) to heal my recent dermatitis outbreak.

10. 100%Pure spray SPF30 and Everywhere SPF30 stick.

With our "wonderful" summer I didn't even get a chance to wear those yet as it is raining every day and I am back into my leather jackets and the scarf. (When EU and US are having a heatwave. Not fair if you ask me). Anyways, these have great ingredients, the spray rubs in clear (yay!) and the stick leaves a white cast, but it is so portable to take with you anywhere. That is all I have to say for now.

11. Honest Everything palette and luminizer

I was reduced to tears when I got this package from the lovely (and funny) lady that is Natasha or nici_evans from Instagram! She is too good to be true! She knew I wanted to try Honest Beauty products (since I can't get them here in EU) so she sent me this wonderful package not asking for anything in return!! How amazing is that? Please go to her Instagram page and send her some love.
Anyways, back to the Honest products - they are amazing! Really live up to the hype. The palette is gorgeous, but it is the luminizer that surprised me big time, I keep reaching for it every single day, and it comes from a person who wasn't into luminizers at all.

12. Zatik Moisturiser

I bought this USDA certified organic moisturiser in TKMaxx recently as it was a bargain at 10€ only and has really good ingredients, sea buckthorn oil, apricot kernel oil and much more, but I think it''s better suited to oily skin people, not me, the dry skin gal, even though it says on the box it's for normal to dry skin? It is very thin in consistency and my skin feels still dry and tight after application, which is not ideal situation, so I mix it with Pai oil. I'll use it up, but I won't repurchase.

13.. Lotus Wei

Omg, love! Flower remedies never worked for me until now, so I was really apprehensive when I got these babies, but a few spritzes later I knew it was something I want to have with me forever! Just one little word of warning, have a sniff in the actual brick and mortar shop if you have a chance to do so, I highly recommend that or ordering sample kit before investing in a full size products, because I ended up loving completely different products than were recommended to me after I took Lotus Wei flower quiz. But Infinite Love is a love from a first spritz and for forever. Yes, it is rather expensive, but for me it is worth it, because it totally dissolves my anxiousness and fears. I would rather go without something else.

13. Red Apple Lipstick

I jumped at a chance when I discovered RAL's blogger's program, because I was dying to see if the lipsticks will live up to the hype, and oh my goodness they are good! Super loving Twist 'N Pout I got, it is getting so much love this summer. Stay tuned for a review.

14. Kimberly Sayer facial SPF30 sunscreen

Another item I got from a lovely Cleanshelf in a green beauty swap. I knew it is aimed at oily skin gals but i jumped at a chance anyway as I wanted to properly try it (I had a sample) and oh my goodness I love it, first facial sunnscreen that is not breaking me out and it is not ghost white! It is not enough moisturising for me, but i mix it with cold pressed raspberry seed oil, which naturally has SPF of 30-50. I will review it too.

15. Pure Anada goodies

Let me do a little more testing, but I think I found my perfect mineral foundation! It has so much pigment, I get nearly full coverage from ONE LAYER!! No need to sit and buff seven layers of it like with some other mineral foundations. I am excited about this review, stay tuned!

So that is all for now my dear friends! I hope you are not exhausted just by reading it :) This post made me realize that I am not a minimalist I though I am, far from it! And I am excited to bring you reviews of everything in the near future, so make sure to come back every Monday :) why I am posting on Mondays? Why, to brighten up your start of the week just a little :)

What are you using slash editing at the moment? Please share with me, I would love to know.

Ta ta for now,

Lots of Love,
Renata.
