100%Pure Pretty Naked II Review

Hi Lovelies!

Welcome back! And if you are new here, welcome! 💕💕💕

So, as today is the second day the new 100% Pure Pretty Naked II is officially launched, I thought it would be fitting I posted my review of it. I have this palette for a couple of months now and I looove it! I can't seem to put it down since I got it, and I am most likely use it if I am wearing make up that day. The eye shadow "Beam" has my heart in particular, I always reach for it and use it every time, no matter if I use the rest of the products in this palette or not. The blush is also great as well. The colours are really pigmented, blend like a dream, and do stay all day, which is amazing, because I don't use any eye primers. These facts mean that I love love love 100%Pure make up line (with a few exceptions) and will continue purchasing it. I have tried many other brands make up since and very few compare in terms of pigmentation and staying power, sure, many eye shadows or blushes may look great, but are they any good if they are gone in one hour? Will you carry make up with you all day and will run to the bathroom to re-apply your make up every lunch break? Thanks, but that's not for me, I like my products still to be on my face when I get home after a long day. You are guaranteed that with 100%Pure eye shadows and powder blushes, which is why this palette (or any other 100%Pure palette is great investment). That, and the truly natural ingredients! Find those listed below and when you read through them, you can understand what every single ingredient is, which does not happen often. I have written about 100%Pure as a brand as a whole many times before, so I won't go into much detail about it here, but if you are new here, let's just say that this natural make up is pigmented with real fruit pigments and such (their mascara is pigmented with black tea, not coal tar as many if not all "regular" drugstore mascaras). It's is 100% pure, natural, cruelty free and vegan. (not all of the things from this brand are vegan, so make sure to check first). This is a great choice if you want to switch to natural make up. Did you know that those Urban Decay Naked eye shadows have teflon as on of ingredients? Yes, teflon, the same as in pans! Gross.

Let's look at the swatches and the ingredients, shall we?

The lip gloss you see in the photo is also my fave at the moment, in my mind they are perfect Juicy Tubes natural dupes, you can read my review here.

As you can see, the ingredients are truly natural and good for you, you would be pressed hard to find more natural ingredients than this! And that's exactly why I love 100%Pure make up. That, coupled with the fact that they are also so pigmented and do last all day. You can create so many looks with this palette and all the shades are wearable, although I must admit I only use more neutrals of them, because I am not the one to go out much of the time, my make up is often "day time" look, but you can do full blown smoky eye with it too. Oh, if you will purchase this Pretty Naked II palette, make sure to check out their Maracuja mascara, which is my holy grail mascara, way better than Lily Lolo or any other natural mascara that I tried to date. Review here.

Want to see comparison photo to their original Pretty Naked palette? Why, your wish is my command and here are the photos for your perusion:

So that is it, my two cents on this palette, I really enjoy using it and now that it's out, you can enjoy it too! Some of you will say that 40€ for it is too expensive, and while I understand that (I am a stay at home mommy with no income after all) but I also think it is worth it, as you will get so much use out of it. Plus I recommend watching their sales and subscribing to their newsletter too, as they have secret sales only for their subscribers from time to time. Also, twice a year they tend to do amazing gift with purchase, where they will give away stuff more more than 100€ - I always take advantage of that!. So, there are ways around it. If you are in the EU, they have free shipping from 45€, so that's one little tip for you.
Want to see it how it looks on the eyes? Here you go, one of a very few selfies I have out there. I love this look so much, it seems to be my default look of lately. This really proves naysayers wrong, I am constantly told that natural make up "does not work", "does not have a good color payoff", or that "it does dull and beige/brown color range only". I am happy to report that they are wrong on all counts!

Wearing Beam from Pretty Naked II palette all over lid, 100%Pure black eye pencil and maracuja mascara on the eyes, 100%Pure powder blush in Mimosa and Gemmed lip gloss in Peacock Ore. Truly love all of these products.

Check out 100% Pure at:

and other places :)

That is all for now. See you here again next Monday :) Have a great week!
